Job Summary

We are looking for a person that is outgoing, positive, patient and able to make any guest feel “at home” on the property. This person will assist guests’ with transporting luggage, making arrangements, delivering guests’ requests and transporting the guests in the resort shuttle.

Responsibilities

• Greets each and every guest with a smile.
• Drive shuttle to and from Boerne
• Give directions
• Make recommendations of “Things To Do”
• Help guest with luggage, packages
• Help make reservations, appointments, tee times

Qualifications and Skills

Prior experience in Hotel

Current driver’s license without any violations within the past three years

Organized

Team Oriented

Time Management

Pay is $10 / hour plus tips

This is a part – time non-exempt position that reports to the Guest Services Manager.

Hours and days will be on a needed basis, including evenings, weekends and holidays.

The employee will be required to sit, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl at any given time and lift, move up to 25 pounds.

Must be eligible to work in USA.
