*While this role is specific, it is expected for all roles to complete any tasks or responsibilities as they are requested from any department, within reason. All roles, no matter the department are employed by The Hyatt Centric Arlington and managed by OTH Hotels Resorts. As such, any task or responsibility will be to support the entirety of the team in order to reach the common goal of exceptional guest service and Team success.
- Deliver food orders to customers quickly and accurately
- Uphold sanitation and food safety principles
- Bus tables by removing dirty dishes and trash
- Check in with customers to ensure their experience is satisfactory
- Deliver food items to the guests in their rooms. Clean and bus guestrooms at the conclusion of the meal. Return dining items to the kitchen area
- Relay reports of customer satisfaction to the management and relevant parties
- Ensure patrons have all the appropriate tableware they need to properly enjoy their food
- Assist setting up tables before service with appropriate utensils, napkins and decorations
- Handle various impromptu requests from customers
