Kitchen Cleaner (4pm-11pm)

Reports to: Executive Chef, Executive Sous Chef

Job Summary

Education and/or Experience

• Grade 12 education.

• The ability to read and execute standard procedures.

Job Knowledge, Core Competencies, and Expectations 

•  Maintains the kitchen clean, including floors, walls, and flour bins, and performs additional tasks to assist the dishwashers on busy nights.

• Be on time to work and professional looking.

• Is knowledgeable about sanitation.

• Ability to multi-task

• A food handler card is Required.

• The schedule is from 3 pm to 11 pm

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Standing for long periods and walking requires climbing stairs, balancing, stopping, kneeling, crouching, bending, stretching, and twisting or reaching.

• Push, pull, or lift to 50 pounds.

• Continuous repetitive motions.

• Work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
