Specific Duties And Responsibilities

• Creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence are paramount.
• Prepares food as directed by the Chef or Shift Leader to the specifications of recipes and standards.
• Follows standardized recipes and/or presentation procedures to specific detail.
• Assist in the preparation of all pantry and hot line items for daily service.
• Properly stores and labels all food products.
• Able to perform related duties in any or for station or outlet assigned.
• Assists with daily specials.
• Meets or exceeds industry standards for preparation, serving, and storing of food.
• Ensures that the working area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Local, State. and Federal Health Department codes.
• Promotes outstanding guest relations.
• Promotes honesty and trust among the team.
• Performs all other duties assigned.

• Abilities demonstrated in handling the banquets and food outlet effectiveness.
• Be in constant communication with BOH Team Members.
• Maintaining interpersonal working relationship among all personnel.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment.

Education, Tr AI Ning, And Experience

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
• One-year minimum experience in food preparation and food knowledge is preferred.
• Must be able to complete any classes or certifications required.
• Ability to obtain a valid Racing License Racing License. (Company will provide application)
