FT - Shifts very to fill open position needs. This positon is located at Mines Market the resident dining facility on the Colorado School of Mines Campus. This position will be versted in all aspects of the kitchen such as sautee, grill, hot and cold prep, and omelets. Large scale production is a must. On top of running station this position will be in charge of helping train younger staff and lead a shift. This person may also assit with ordering, inventory and catering events.

The Sr. Cook will accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Special/Catered Events.
