North Idaho College is a public community college in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. It has an enrollment exceeding 6,000 and is situated at the north end of Lake Coeur d'Alene near downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Tubbs Hill, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, at the east bank of the outflowing Spokane River.
The campus is home to 3 food service facilaties incluing: The Market which offers retail ding for breakfast and lunch and board meal dining for Breakfast lunch and dinner. We are home to the Caffinated Cardinal our campus coffee shop and a C-Store located in the student housing facility.
The Food Supervisor senior will collaborate on menmu planning, scheduling and safety with the General manager. The supervisor will oversee and engage in all facets of the culinary procedure.
The supervisor will be trained if not allready knowledgeable with all of the Sodexo programs including but not limited to: Drive, Kronos, HACCP and The Market Connectio
The Supervisor – Senior may work in any type of food location on client premises. This individual provides oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments. This individual will provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
