North Idaho College is a public community college in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho. It has an enrollment exceeding 6,000 and is situated at the north end of Lake Coeur d'Alene near downtown Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Tubbs Hill, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, at the east bank of the outflowing Spokane River.
Cook Senior Supervisor will have knowledge and will assist the General manager with menu planning using the Drive program, Ordering using The Market Connection, Scheduling using Kronos, and budgeting using the PAM Tool.
The Position duties will include but are not limited to: Supervising all aspects of the culinary program to ensure variety, sfety and satifaction od thecampus population of the food services program.
Knowledge and or eagerness to be trained in HAACP, Kronos, Drive and The Marget Connect.
The supervivor will promote a posative, team oriented work enviroment ensuring an exceptional experience for both the clients and employees.
The Supervisor – Senior may work in any type of food location on client premises. This individual provides oversight at the direction of management on site to coordinate routine work activities of workers and/or service employees engaged in food operations or services at either larger complex facilities or locations in the areas of commercial, health care, schools, universities or other establishments. This individual will provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
