The Director of Capital Procurement is responsible for Aimbridge’s Capital Expenditure Program and FF&E and OS&E projects including: strategic procurement budgeting financial reporting information systems project management electronic procurement applications and support staff including supervising the Manager of FF&E Project Purchasing and an OS&E Project Manager. The position must have experience in managing multiple projects and a detailed knowledge of renovation work from the planning through to completion. Reports to the SVP Purchasing. Management-level associates are expected to work as much of each workday as is necessary to complete their job responsibilities.
