We’re currently searching for a seasoned and imaginative Director of Banquets to oversee the front and heart-of-house teams at 1 Hotel Brooklyn Bridge. Our Director of Banquets will support each member by actively participating in day-to-day operations, managing guest requests, and setting everyone up for success, from the start of the event to the very last goodbye.
• Passionate about hospitality and food and beverage and has a minimum of 3 years of similar work experience.
• Having a post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• An expert in banquet operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
