Supervises, develops and maintains ongoing maintenance operation for hotel, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventive maintenance, hotel rooms, HVAC units, ice machines, pools, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency equipment, water softeners, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, etc.
