Greeters are responsible for welcoming and creating the first impression for guests. These individuals have the ability to influence the overall restaurant experience by their interactions that include providing table accommodations and offering menu recommendations. Greeters may be the final point of contact and have the ability to ensure guest satisfaction. You will also assist restaurant servers with guests.
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for greeting and registering guests, providing prompt and courteous service, and closing out guest accounts upon completion of stay, as well as ensuring the guest has an exceptional stay, to meet hotel’s high standards of quality.
The Banquet Events Manager will be responsible for managing banquet events at the hotel. This person supervises event room set-ups, service, and maintenance of all banquet functions and banquet equipment. This role is a highly detailed role within the hotel to complete event requirement and create an appealing experience for guests. The Banquet Events Manager provides organization, instruction, communication, and coaching as well as exercises good judgment while administering our Food & Beverage quality standards. This position will report to the Director of Food & Beverage.
