Hyatt Vacation Club®, a leader in the vacation ownership industry, is currently looking for a Field Event Setup & Maintenance Coordinator who will be in charge of setting up and breaking down events including but not limited to booths, tables, tents, and additional items/materials as well as providing general upkeep and maintenance. This will include frequent travel to different venues that host Sporting games, Concerts, Malls, Fairs, Markets, Trade Shows, and more before and/or after the events.
Ensures station and table set-ups are complete, replenished, and ready for service at the start of the shift and performs side duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage leadership team. (Buffing glassware, silverware, roll-ups, etc.)
Supervise the Housekeeping staff to ensure excellent owner/guest satisfaction. Inspect owner/guest villas/rooms, public areas, pool, etc. after being cleaned by housekeeping staff to ensure quality standards. Run occupied villa/room reports, verify status, determine discrepant rooms, prioritize villa/room cleaning, and update status of departing owner/guest rooms. Assist Housekeeping management in supervising daily activities. Act as a liaison to coordinate the efforts of Housekeeping, Engineering, Front Office, and Laundry. Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms with the Front Desk. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/work boards. Communicate issues to next shift.
