• Group & Catering Sales Conference Services Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Group and Catering Sales Conference Services Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Group, Conference Services, and Catering team in achieving revenue and customer satisfaction goals by efficiently and effectively coordinating all conference services, catering, and group segment efforts. Successful candidates will exude high energy, positivity, be self-motivated, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, and demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills.

• Public Area Attendant (PM) (Housekeeping)

  The Public Area Attendant will keep all public areas and facilities (such as lobby restrooms, the telephone area, the front desk, and offices) neat and clean. The public area attendant promotes a positive image of the property to guests and must be pleasant, honest, friendly, and able to address guest requests and problems.

• Lead Host (Food & Beverage)

  The hosts are often the first smiling faces the guests see when arriving at the restaurant and build the foundation of an exceptional dining experience. Responsible for ensuring quick, engaging, and effective communication with guests, the lead restaurant host plays a critical role in overall guest satisfaction. Lead restaurant hosts must maintain communication with restaurant management, servers, and seat guests according to preferences and restaurant capability.

• Restaurant Bartender (Bartender/Mixologist)

  Restaurant Bartenders provide attentive, dynamic, and inspiring beverage service for our restaurant guests.  Thorough knowledge of mixology, the restaurant food and beverage menus, and recommended pairings is critical to success.  Restaurant Bartenders must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging, service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving. The primary responsibility of a Restaurant Bartender is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Maintenance Engineer (AM) (Engineering/Maintenance)

  Maintenance Engineers perform an instrumental role in the overall functionality of the hotel facility and system operation.  Engineers tackle routine challenges, preventative maintenance, and respond to guest needs when something isn’t working as it should.  The primary responsibility of a Maintenance Engineer is proactive upkeep of equipment and systems, proper and adequate repair of building and equipment, safe use of tools and other power equipment, and support of guest and operational needs.

• Group Rooms Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  The Group Rooms Coordinator is responsible for the administration of the operational and system processes for coordinating group arrival and departure. This includes verification of reservations, online bookings, and rooming lists. The Group Rooms Coordinator provides ongoing communication between the client, the hotel, and the sales office ensuring all operational standards are met including brand standards, internal and external audit requirements, and overall guest satisfaction.

• Analog Barback / Food Runner (Food & Beverage)

  Barback/Bar Utility greatly impacts guest experience by ensuring expedient and accurate delivery of bar supplies. Barback/Bar Utility must communicate effectively with bartenders and managers to ensure overall guest satisfaction.

• Hotel Front Office Manager (Guest Services)

  The Front Office Manager leads the hotel’s front desk and guest services team.  Front Office Managers must be strong problem-solvers with an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction throughout the hospitality experience. As the team leader, Front Office Managers must ensure adequate staffing, promote hotel brand standards, train and coach team members, and model expected behavior. The primary responsibilities of a Front Office Manager include attracting and retaining top talent on the guest services team, partnering with the valet team for hotel success, resolving guest challenges, modeling and executing hotel service standards including Luxury Service Standards (LQA and Forbes), exceeding guest expectations, and maintaining excellent communication with guests, team members, supervisors, and other hotel department teams.  This role will be instrumental in achieving future Forbes Travel Guide ratings.
