This role reports to the Director of Housekeeping. As Housekeeping Manager, you would be responsible for the hotel's Housekeeping operations both AM and PM shifts and ensuring the Housekeeping team can meet business needs and deliver outstanding service and performance. The Housekeeping Manager is responsible supervising, and coordinating the daily activities of the housekeeping department, along with ensuring smooth operations including rooms, public areas, laundry, and supplies. The Housekeeping Manager is expected to maintain the highest level of cleanliness, presentation, and efficiency while adhering to brand standards and achieving guest satisfaction. This position requires strong attention to detail, leadership skills, organizational skills, time management skills, and the ability to effectively deal with guests, and team members.

Team members are responsible for system room control, Sales and Events Coordination, group bookings, contracts, etc. In addition, the Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in achieving revenue goals by coordinating sales activities, managing client relationships, and ensuring smooth operations within the department. The anticipated compensation range for the position for applicants working in NYC is $80k-$100K (depending on the property) annually. The annual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
