Mixologists must be proactive in handling guest needs, be highly engaging, service-oriented, and take a creative approach to problem solving.  The primary responsibility of a Mixologist is to deliver and exceed guest expectations, execute the restaurant vision, resolve challenges, and maintain excellent communication with guests, peers, and supervisors.

• Rooms Controller (Rooms Division)

  The Rooms Controller is responsible for all pre-registration, room blocks, and handling all special reservation requests for individuals and groups. Prepare all VIP key packets and make special arrangements as needed. Meticulously manage and oversee the Reservations process. Assist in Front Desk Supervisor role. Build and maintain strong working relationships with all levels of staff across all departments.   The Guest Service Supervisor is a leader for the hotel’s front desk and guest services team. Guest Service Supervisors must be strong problem-solvers with an unwavering focus on guest satisfaction throughout the hospitality experience. The Supervisor will assist in adequate staffing, promote hotel brand standards, train and coach team members, and model expected behavior. The primary responsibilities of a Guest Service Supervisor include resolving guest challenges, modeling and executing hotel brand service standards, exceeding guest expectations, and maintaining excellent communication with guests, team members, managers, and other hotel department teams.
