The Utility associate is responsible for various services to include but not limited to cleaning equipment, floors, workstations, utensils, pots and pans using specific chemicals to ensure sanitary standards; checking ice levels, keg beers, bib sodas and Co2 containers and replace if necessary; loading and unloading supply trucks; performing all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non- exempt position.
The purpose of the Manager I (MGRI) position is to assist Branch management in tactically executing QSR or similar restaurant management operations. The MGRI ensures the restaurant is clean, ready for business, staffed, and operates to high operational standards. The MGRI uses prescribed policies and procedures to make management decisions.
The Maintenance Utility is responsible for performing general maintenance and repair for the location; ensuring that the location meets local-state- federal laws and regulations; maintaining control over the approved maintenance budget; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business or as assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the General Manager or Assistant General Manager, depending on local requirements.
