  JOB OVERVIEW: Set up of Banquet Room and serve food and/or beverages in a friendly, courteous and professional manner according to Crescent high standards of quality.

• Accounting Supervisor (Finance/Accounting)

  Strong understanding of accounts receivable process from sales contract review, advance deposit tracker on prepaid accounts. Monitor guest ledger, city ledger and advance deposit ledgers for timely processing of payments and billing.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  1. Interview, hire, train, recommend performance evaluations, resolve problems, provide open communication and recommend discipline and/or termination when appropriate.

• Lobby / Public Attendant (PM) (Housekeeping)

  Must have the ability to communicate in English. Self-starting personality with an even disposition. Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times. Can communicate well with guests. Must be willing to “pitch-in” and help co- workers with their job duties and be a team player. Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment. Ability to extend arms, scrub, bend, stoop, and stand and walk public areas for extended periods of time. Ability to understand and follow directions, and perform job functions under limited supervision.

• Guest Room Attendant (Housekeeping)

  For some, traveling and being away is fun; however, many travelers miss being home. Out Housekeeping team makes our hotels feel like home. As a Room Attendant, your contribution helps ensure guests have an enjoyable and confomfortable stay.
