We seek a hotel manager to lead the team at our 82-room hotel! Responsibilities of the Front Office Manager include: Manage, train, administer, and supervise all guest services , in order to maintain company and brand standards, and to maintain the highest level of courteous, professional and efficient service to all guests.
Verify, obtain approvals and pay invoices; bill and collect outstanding revenue in a timely, accurate manner in accordance with accounting policies and procedures.
Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Located in the vibrant heart of Bozeman, MT, we are in search of a dedicated and dynamic General Manager to lead and manage hotel operations to maximize profits and achieve the highest level of guest satisfaction. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the leadership team of a new TownePlace Suites set to open in June 2025. Currently under construction, the hotel is designed to offer a perfect blend of comfort, modern amenities and local charm and is being developed by a proven and experienced ownership group based in Bozeman.
Supervise restaurant operations in accordance with brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
Perform preventative and repair maintenance work to ensure the hotel is maintained according to established quality and sustainability standards while treating guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Perform functions related to ensuring the housekeeping department operates according to brand/hotel and sustainability standards to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.
Prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards.
Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly, maintain files, and reset the system for the next day of operations while performing Guest Service Agent tasks and duties.
