• Senior Employee Relations Manager (Human Resources)

  As a member of the Human Resources staff, he/she will work with the Corporate Director of Human Resources to carry out employee relations matters at the different entities along with ensuring compliance. The Senior Employee Relations Manager will be involved in company-wide Employee Relations such as investigations, complaints, disciplinary actions, suspensions and terminations. This role will in addition monitor/ensure compliance with all local/state/federal mandated reports.

• Cook 2 (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: The Westin Cook 2 is responsible for the daily mis en place of his or her station, adhering to recipe cards and ensuring the standards of quality are being met. Must be proficient in all cooking techniques. Must prepare for all banquet events as needed and execute in a timely fashion if in the kitchen. Must prepare and execute all menu items for their station if in an outlet according to the recipe cards to ensure that quality standards are being met.

  Assists the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff on a daily basis.   Responsible for coordinating and monitoring all aspects of the valet cashier desk. Ensure all guests are courteously, cordially and efficiently handled with special attention to the valet operation. To monitor the activities of the valet desk, by answering all incoming phone calls, efficiently dispatching the staff, and assisting guests with vehicle requests, parking charges and payments.Ocasionally parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner. Open doors and assist guests/visitors entering and leaving property. Inform guests of property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest and activities. Assist with luggage storage and retrieval. Assist guests/visitors in and out of vehicles, including assisting guests with loading/unloading luggage. Communicate parking procedures to guests/visitors. This is a Part-time position. 

• Seamstress & Uniform Attendant (Housekeeping)

  The Seamstress/Uniform Attendant assess quality of all linen and uniforms by inspecting garment for rips and stains. Assist employees with accepting and distributing uniforms Perform daily repairs on employee uniforms including, but not limited to, repairing rips, replacing zippers, and changing/replacing trim.  Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of sewing equipment and all other areas under his/her control.

The Blossom Attendant & Cashier partners with all team members from the front of house to the back of house to create a hospitable and cohesive environment for customers and associates alike. The Blossom Attendant & Cashier is a hands-on customer facing and back of house role. You create exceptional customer experiences and build enduring relationships both internally and externally. Your role is vital, as you are typically the first person to interact with all guests. You are responsible for driving retail sales, possessing brand knowledge of all retail products and menu items, efficiently and effectively check out guests and handle all guests needs. Additionally you will clean tables and surface areas between guests, re-fill food supplies: coffee station, napkin dispenser, etc. You will also assist with unpacking, steaming, prepping and processing all retail items. • Corporate Revenue Manager (Revenue Management)

  The Corporate Revenue Manager will work with the Corporate Director of Revenue Management and Director of Revenue Management for the Westin to provide analytic and support functions for revenue management responsibilities for hotel portfolio, as well as assisting in supervising the reservations call center. The associate will assist revenue management leadership by providing support with reporting requirements, forecasts, rate adjustments, rate offer creation, system maintenance. The position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Must be proficient in Marriott Revenue Management Systems, Amadeus I-hotelier products, Opera PMS and Ideas G3 RMS.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  As a Host, you create the first impression with each guest and set the stage for their experience in the restaurant. From communicating accurate wait times to showing them to their tables, hosts are a critical part of the overall guest experience. You are responsible for greeting and seating guests, answering phones, and managing reservations.
