  Looking for a detail-oriented, guest-focused, housekeeping pro to become our next Assistant Executive Housekeeper!

  Responsible for all aspects of the Housekeeping Department Operations which include Housekeepers, Housekeeping Supervisors, Housepersons, and Laundry, including Guest/Customer satisfaction, staff development, adherence to established budgets & development of resources to accomplish objectives.

• Maintenance Technician (Engineering/Maintenance)

  We are looking for a well-rounded competent individual with knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical maintenance to join our award-winning team. Utilize your skills while keeping our property in tip-top condition for our valued guests and team members.

  The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maximizing the quality, effectiveness, and productivity of the facilities. This position maintains Willow Valley’s first impression to our guests, residents, clients and the community. The Maintenance Engineer works closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, Assistant General Manager, Front Desk Staff, and Housekeeping Staff.

• Lead Guest Service Associate (Guest Services)

  Bring your passion for hospitality to help lead our amazing front desk team, and create great experiences with us!

  Coordinates front office activities of hotel and resolves problems arising from Guests' complaints, reservation and room assignment activities, and unusual requests and inquiries by performing the following duties personally or through fellow Team Members. Responsible for ensuring 100% Guest Satisfaction.
