  The role of Table Service Assistant at the Lodge Restaurants, Traditions and Sweet Tea & Barley, includes duties in all areas of the front of house and back of house.  The Table Service Assistant is a vital supportive position that enables the restaurant to function smoothly, allowing service staff to seamlessly provide excellent guest service.

• Casual Banquet Server (Catering/Banquet)

  The Causal Banquet Server sets up, serves, and cleans up for banquet breakfast, lunch, dinner, or for receptions. Perform other duties, as required.

• Cocktail Server (Food & Beverage)

  In accordance with Virginia A.B.C. § 4.1-225 Colonial Williamsburg prohibits employment of anyone in an alcohol serving position who has been convicted of a felony, any crime involving moral turpitude (lying, cheating, or stealing), or a drug-related offense within the past five (5) years.

  The Room Attendant will clean and prepare guest rooms according to the quality FORBES standards;

• Public Space Attendant (Housekeeping)

  Responsible for cleaning the lobby, public areas in the conference center, concierge area, gift shop, lobby telephone area, men’s and ladies locker rooms, behind the front desk, and office space in the general area.

The Historic Area is staffed by highly trained, historically dressed interpreters and expert tradespeople who bring the 18th century to life. The Foundation also owns and operates two world-class museums, the DeWitt Wallace Decorative Arts Museum, and the Abby Aldrich Rockefeller Folk Art Museum, and a renowned research library, the John D Rockefeller Jr Library. Additionally, Colonial Williamsburg is home to five world class accommodations at the Williamsburg Inn, Williamsburg Lodge Autograph Collection, the Giffin Hotel, the Williamsburg Woodlands Hotels and Suites and the unique Colonial Houses in the Historical Area. • Culinary Extern (Chefs/Kitchen)

  The Historic Area of Colonial Williamsburg : The Historic Area of Colonial Williamsburg features its premiere dining experiences through four distinctive taverns that were the center of culture. Established on original foundations the taverns exemplify the liveliness of the the era and serve cuisine based on historic recipes by leading culinarians and cook book authors of the period. Our founding fathers visited Williamsburg frequently, and not unlike us today lodge and dined at there favorite locations. Christians Campbells Tavern is known to be the favorite place of George Washington, who especially enjoyed the seafood dishes offered by Mrs. Campbell.
