• Food And Beverage Manager (Food & Beverage)

This position is responsible for providing assistance to the General Manager with managing the food and beverage department to ensure efficient and profitable operations. • Senior Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Senior Sales Manager works with management throughout the hotel and the Company. They deliver service excellence to guests and customers by listening to their needs, analyzing information, and creating tailored proposals in a pleasant and professional manner. This position is responsible for negotiating and closing sales while exceeding sales targets.

• In Room Dining Server (Food & Beverage)

  Position Summary: In-room Dining Servers are responsible for ensuring that all guests have the highest quality dining experience in their guest room as they would enjoy in our restaurants.

• Dishwasher (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Dishwasher delivers service excellence to the Kitchen team by ensuring the kitchen is clean, orderly and sanitized. This position is responsible for the cleanliness of the kitchen, including dishes, flatware and related equipment.

• Busser/ Server Assistant (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Position Summary: The busser is responsible for assisting the server in the highest quality of service, including the running of food and maintaining a clean restaurant. Busser is in charge of cleaning, preparing, and resetting tables.

• Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  Overview: A Kolter Hospitality Host delivers service excellence to our guests in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. This position is responsible for welcoming guest to the restaurant from the time they walk through the door until the time they depart.

• Houseperson (Housekeeping)

  Position Summary: The houseperson cleans and maintains all corridors and public areas and assists gallery room attendants with supplies, linens, and removal of the trash.
