  Responsible for all Front Services and staff. Areas of responsibility Valet and Bell operations. Directs and works with Front Services employees to successfully execute all guest arrival and departure procedures. Works to establish a safe and secure environment for all guests and associates. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize financial performance of the department.

• Restaurant Server - RISE Rooftop Bar (Food & Beverage)

  When the sun goes down, RISE Rooftop Lounge heats up with tantalizing libations and unique spirits poured by our highly creative team of mixologists.

  OVERVIEW: Rooftop Bar's servers will execute dining service for Orange County's largest rooftop bar RISE. The server will be a dynamic individual who is able to take orders, serve tables and manage the dining area with fine dining abilities and finesse to adhere to Westin Anaheim Resort’s high standards. Our serves will be the face of our restaurants and responsible for our customers’ experiences. Food server responsibilities include ensuring our tables are clean to Covid-19 sanitation standards and tidy when guests arrive, presenting menus and serving food and beverages.

• Cook 1 - Rise Rooftop Bar (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: The Cook 1 is responsible for overseeing and supervising Rise - Rooftop Lounge. The Cook 1 must demonstrate the highest standards as a role model and have the ability to coach other cooks as needed to ensure standards are being met. Responsible for daily production and execution of menu items. The Cook 1 communicates effectively and daily with the Chef on duty in regards to staff performance and daily production.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: Dishwashers are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitization of dishes, tableware, glassware, pots, pans, and utensils through manual and machine cleaning methods. Additionally, dishwashers are expected to keep the dishwashing area clean and safe. Dishwashers are also responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and maintenance of the dish machines and pot wash areas including chemical inventories.

  OVERVIEW: The Cook 3 is responsible for the daily mis en place of his or her station, adhering to recipe cards and ensuring the standards of quality are being met. Must be proficient in all cooking techniques. Must prepare for all banquet events as needed and execute in a timely fashion if in the banquet kitchen. If in an outlet must follow all recipe cards to ensure quality and consistency.

• Busser (Chefs/Kitchen)

  OVERVIEW: A busser serves patrons by setting tables; placing and replacing silverware; keeping beverage glasses full; help with running food when necessary, adhering to sanitation and safety policies; clearing and cleaning tables, chairs, and environment. Busser will occasionally serve food and beverages to patrons at tables. The busser must possess professionalism, is friendly and will strive to meet the highest standards of quality customer service. Part time position available.

  Responsible for telephone switchboard station in order to answer telephone calls. Process guest requests for wake-up calls, screening calls, room service orders and other requests related to placing or receiving telephone calls. Advise guest of any messages (e.g., voicemail, mail, faxes) received for them, and send to room if required. Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, questions, or concerns. Receive, record, and relay messages accurately, completely, and legibly. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contact appropriate individual or department (e.g. Bellperson, Housekeeping, Engineering, Room Service, Valet), and follow up with guest to ensure their request has been met to their satisfaction. Provide information to guests about room features, property amenities, and local areas of interest. Assist guests with accessing the internet. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.

• Group Coordinator (Sales & Marketing)

  Take reservations via the telephone, mailed correspondence, rooming lists, and in-house requests.  Enter the information into the Property Management System (PMS).  Provide meeting planners and Convention Service Managers one reservations point of contact. Handle all reservations aspects of a group.  Handle room block monitoring, rooming lists, reporting pick up, VIP and upgraded accommodations, client correspondence relating to reservations and other group reservation functions.

  OVERVIEW: As a Westin Anaheim Resort’s Host/Hostess, you will be responsible for exceeding guests expectations by being the face of the outlet and creating the first impressions by providing them with friendly, prompt and attentive service that is tailored to the customer’s preference. Seat guests in the dining and bar areas while ensuring a smooth handoff to service staff. Ensures that the guests are seated and attend to any questions that they may have. A Host will be an operator and possess skillful organizational skills to maintain the dining area well controlled, answer phones, and reservations in a prompt and professional manner as well as direct calls when applicable.

• Barback - Bar1030 (Food & Beverage)

  OVERVIEW: The Westin Anaheim Resort’s Lobby Barback perform tasks to support the Bartender and other staff members. They help with opening and closing duties, prepare and serve drinks, stock items, assist in the reordering process.
