• Senior Group Sales Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Responsible for the profitable development of revenue from the Group Segment through sales efforts that will result in guest satisfaction, and to solicit past and new business ensuring all revenue goals are achieved or exceeded.

• Front Desk Supervisor (Guest Services)

  Supervise front desk operations in accordance with established guest service, quality and sustainability standards.

• Host (Food & Beverage)

  Greet and escort guests to restaurant tables in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Steward (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Cook or Stewarding Supervisor - Executive Steward or Sous Chef 

• Guest Service Agent (Guest Services)

  Greet, register and service guests in a friendly and courteous manner according to hotel/brand and sustainability standards. 

• Director of Operations (Operations)

  Supervise and manage hotel departments and oversee hotel operations as directed.

• Restaurant General Manager (Food & Beverage)

  Oversee management and direction of restaurant operations in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Director of Revenue Management (Revenue Management)

  Develop room sales and distribution strategies and coordinate revenue management processes and procedures maximizing revenue for the hotel. 

• Breakfast Attendant (Food & Beverage)

  Prepare breakfast bar for hotel guests while greeting and servicing them in a friendly manner consistent with brand and/or hotel and sustainability standards. Associate will be expected to work in two outlets - restaurant and MClub access lounge

• Food Runner (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Serve and replenish food items offered at the restaurant. Maintain food service and cleanliness. Handle guest transactions and ensure smooth and efficient register operations.

• Door Person (Guest Services)

  Greet each guest in a friendly and professional manner at the front door of the hotel and maintain the appearance of the front door area in accordance with established guest service and sustainability standards.

• Line Cook (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards. Latin Cuisine preferred.
