  Responsible for managing all aspects of the Food and Beverage function of the hotel, carefully reviewing BEO’s and executing accordingly, scheduling staff, ensuring all Banquet functions are prepared for and properly executed, ensuring outlets are properly and all associates are properly certified and trained.
