Manages the daily kitchen utility operations and staff. Areas of responsibilities include dish room operations, night cleaning, back dock cleaning and maintenance, and receiving. Supervises kitchen employees not actively engaged in cooking (e.g., dishwashers, kitchen helpers, etc.). The Mini Bar Attendant is responsible for providing prompt and efficient mini bar service to hotel guests. This includes stocking, organizing, and tracking inventory for in-room mini bars, ensuring accuracy in billing, and upholding high standards of cleanliness and quality control. The goal is to provide an exceptional in-room experience for guests by maintaining a well-stocked and meticulously managed mini bar service.
