• Housekeeping Manager (Housekeeping)

  The Housekeeping Manager provides leadership and assistance in helping to lead and support all aspects of the Housekeeping Department. The position, with the guidance and mentorship of the Director of Housekeeping, supervises all Housekeeping line staff and coordinates with all resort departments to meet The Scott Resort & Spa safety, cleanliness and quality standards. An ideal candidate for this role is highly motivated with a sense of urgency, compassionate and proactive, is bilingual in English and Spanish and has previous experience using property maintenance systems such as HotSOS.

• Director of Engineering (Engineering/Maintenance)

  We are seeking an experienced, resourceful and passionate leader to embrace the maintenance of our property and every facet of engineering operations for The Scott!

  To maintain the entire facility that is The Scott Resort & Spa; to include the physical building structures, all mechanical, electrical, H.V.A.C. systems, pools, and related equipment in accordance with energy conservation and preventive maintenance programs.  Ensure the upkeep of all guest and associate areas to maintain an attractive well-maintained resort.  Manage and oversee all renovation and other special projects.

• Banquet Cook (Catering/Banquet)

  Provide a unique experience for our group and social guests by joining our banquet culinary team! Our award-winning banquet culinary and service teams are amazing, and The Scott is a wonderful place to work where teamwork and a creative spirit are embraced.

  The Banquet Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking all of the cold and hot food items while maintaining quality standards set by the Resort.

• Marketing Manager (Sales & Marketing)

  Exciting Marketing/Brand Management opportunity due to internal promotion with Marc & Rose Hospitality, working with many of our unique portfolio properties and helping to create the future of Genuine Hospitality with a passionate and talented team, ideally based in the Valley of the Sun!

  The Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing strategies, action plans and special projects to increase revenues on behalf of all entities within the Marc & Rose Hospitality (M&R) portfolio: Arizona Grand Resort & Spa, Lobby Grill, Aunt Chilada’s, The Scott Resort & Spa, The Canal Club, La Vidorra Spa, High Country Motor Lodge, The General Store, El Chorro Lodge, Casa Loma Beach Hotel, Laguna Beach House, La Playa Hotel, Bud’s at La Playa, Hotel Carmel, Brophy’s Tavern, and any other future M&R entities. Execution of these initiatives with the assistance of the Executive Vice President, VP of Marketing & Brand Management, Director of Brand Management, Director of Marketing & Programming, the Marketing and Revenue Management Teams, Directors of Sales & Marketing and/or individual Department Heads and property General Managers.

  The Line Cook is responsible for preparation, set-up, and maintenance of all meat, fish, poultry, and other food items prepared in the broiler and sauté station for The Canal Club restaurant.

  The Dishwasher is responsible for keeping all cleanable items clean and maintaining the cleanliness of the work areas including ballroom kitchen, hospitality kitchen, loading dock and stewarding areas.
