  Detroit's Destination Resort, Saint John's Resort, is seeking an experienced Banquet Chef/Chef Garde Manger to join our Banquets team as a dynamic leader!

  Saint Johns Resort, a renowned catering and events resort dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and services. We specialize in crafting bespoke menus for various events, ranging from weddings and corporate gatherings to private dinners and galas. Our team is committed to excellence in both taste and presentation, ensuring that every event is memorable and enjoyable for our clients and their guests. A passion for culinary arts, drive to evolve and ‘push the envelope’, formal culinary education (or equivalent work experience), and a minimum of two years’ experience as a chef/manager in an AAA Four Diamond environment are preferred. Candidates also must be self-motivated and work well in a structured high volume family-type team environment.
