• Event & Catering Sales Coordinator (Catering/Banquet)

  Seeking a friendly, self-motivated, and hardworking individual looking for a position in catering sales and operations. Canal St. Eatery & Market Chicago offersa full-service restaurant, Canal Street Eatery, grab n go market, Canal Street Market, and cocktail Lounge, Afterbar, all within the 320 S Canal Building in West Loop Gate. In this position you will expand your sales and catering expertise in a fast paced, professional business setting. From Happy Hours in Canal Street Eatery, to catering Lunch for 200 meeting attendees in the Conference Center, the sales coordinator will be eager to work will all types of events.

• Server - Canal Street Eatery & Market (Food & Beverage)

• Line Cook (Salad, Sandwiches) - Canal Street Eatery & Market (Chefs/Kitchen)

  Spearhead Hospitality is a Chicago based boutique hospitality management company with a portfolio that includes the Robey Hotel, Chicago Getaway Hostel, and Canal Street Eatery & Market with a potential of additional properties under management.

  Working with guidance from the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, and Market Manager, the Line Cooks execute food preparation and presentations.  The primary role of a Line Cook is to practice all safe food-handling methods, accurately and consistently prepare food, adapt to guest requests for modifications, and work quickly and efficiently to meet service time expectations!!!

• Support Staff / Food Runner - Café Robey (Chefs/Kitchen)
