The primary duties of the night auditor are to check front office, restaurant and bar accounting records for accuracy, post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner and compile information for the financial records. Assist guests with check-in & check-out processes, provide guests with hotel services information, and accommodate guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and friendly manner.
This is an advanced professional and administrative position responsible for the successful operation of the front office, PBX, and guest relations functions while maintaining quality standards, profitability and customer satisfaction.
Greets and registers guests, provides prompt and courteous service, and closes out guest accounts upon completion of stay, as well as ensuring the guest has an exceptional stay, to meet hotels high standards of quality.
Primarily responsible for the overall maintenance of the hotels building and grounds and for the operation of its equipment and mechanical/electrical systems. Key responsibilities include keeping all equipment in good repair with a minimum of downtime by providing day-to-day maintenance of the hotel and completing maintenance work orders from all departments on a timely basis by following hotels standard operating procedures.
This position is responsible for the overseeing of the kitchen team along with the Chef including training, holding team accountable for Sheraton and sanitation standards, ordering, etc. Responsible for maintaining, setting up, food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, and other food items prepared on the front-line station.
The Group Coordinator supports the Sales & Events departments. This position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing, adheres to Company standards and accepts other responsibilities as assigned.
