PM Server (Part-Time) – Bar Cardinale at Omni Severin Hotel

Located inside the iconic Omni Severin Hotel — a cornerstone of downtown Indianapolis for over a century — Bar Cardinale blends elevated dining with the soul of classic cocktail culture. We’re looking for service professionals who bring both polish and personality to the table.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide seamless, attentive service that reflects fine dining standards

• Become an expert on our menu, wine list, and specialty cocktails

• Set and maintain an impeccably prepared station — polished glassware, crisp setups

• Anticipate guest needs, offer thoughtful suggestions, and deliver with confidence

• Practice proper wine presentation and etiquette

• Support smooth operations with opening, closing, and side duties

• Create a warm, memorable experience — every guest, every time

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong communication and a calm, composed presence

• Solid knowledge of cocktails and mixology — this is a must

• Prior serving experience in upscale or fast-paced environments

• Familiarity with MICROS POS is a plus

• A flexible schedule — evenings, weekends, and holidays required

• Knowledge of (or interest in) wine, spirits, and modern American cuisine

• Comfortable on your feet — you’ll be standing, moving, and lifting throughout your shift
