This position will have human resources responsibility and overseeing the HR functions for various locations in the Sterling/Herdon area, reporting to the Area Director of Human Resources. The ideal candidate will possess an unmatched dedication to making a difference for our team members. The Bilingual Area Human Resource Manager is responsible to ensure that sound and consistent personnel practices are applied for all employees through compliance with all company human resource policies, and state, local and Federal legislation. This position requires active and vigorous leadership in all interactions with team members, guests and the community. Position Requirements:

Experience: 1-2 years of progressive experience and track record of success in hotel, private business, or government, including specific Human Resources responsibilities.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in both English and Spanish. Ability to provide oral and written translation between Spanish and English.

Education: College degree preferred

Desirable Qualifications:
- Human Resources experience in a hotel (minimum 100 employees).
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Certification through Educational Institute or through SHRM.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis.
