Onsite Resident Manager Needed for 76 unit Mid-Scale Apartment Building in Glendale, CA

Position: Onsite Resident Manager Location: Glendale, CA Property: 76-unit mid-scale apartment building

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and community-focused Onsite Resident Manager to join our team at a well-maintained 76-unit apartment building in the heart of Glendale. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, managing property operations, and ensuring resident satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary contact for resident issues and emergencies

- Oversee daily operations, including maintenance coordination and minor repairs

- Manage tenant relations, including lease enforcement, move-ins, and move-outs

- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure cleanliness and safety standards

-Post and serve legal notices as needed

- Coordinate with maintenance team for m repairs or upgrades Qualifications:

- Experience in property or resident management preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

- Basic understanding of maintenance or handiness is a plus

- Must be reliable, with a valid driver's license and own transportation

- Comfortable with basic computer skills for record-keeping

Pay: $19.00 per hour
