Job Summary:
The Banquet Captain is responsible for the execution and operations of banquet and catering events as well as the training and coaching all Banquet service employees, managing payroll regarding the efficiency and effectiveness of the staff, and maintaining inventory and supplies as necessary and needed to supporting catering business.
