Experienced Night Auditor

Description

The night auditor commands the hotel on the overnight shift from 11pm - 7am.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Answering phones and routing calls
• Verifying, balancing and reviewing hotel room availability
• Performing check-in/out duties
• Processing credit card and other financial transactions
• Inputting basic data into daily reports and processing invoices
• Reconciling errors whenever possible and refer to management
• Maintaining overall lobby appearance
• Preparing coffee station for our early risers

   Training will take place on multiple days from 11pm - 7am which may include weekdays/weekend.
