The Hilton Atlanta and Towers is looking for a full-time Kitchen Mechanic to join their Engineering team! Find us in Downtown Atlanta, near I-75, and within six blocks of attractions, including Centennial Olympic Park and the Georgia Aquarium. State Farm Arena and Mercedes-Benz Stadium are a mile away and we’re connected via skywalk to Peachtree Center and MARTA, linking to ATL airport. 

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a kitchen or appliance mechanic, who can work a flexible schedule (including holidays and weekends) and has a passion for hospitality!

Pay Rate: $25.39 per hour

Shift Pattern: candidates should be available to work both AM and PM shifts, any day of the week/weekends/holidays as needed

What will I be doing?

As a Kitchen Mechanic, you would be responsible for maintaining the physical functionality and safety of the hotel's kitchen equipment and machinery in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Maintain, monitor, repair and conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of kitchen equipment and machinery
• Conduct scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance
• Perform equipment repairs
• Record and report completed repairs in log book or property management system
• Respond to team member work orders in a timely, friendly and efficient manner to assess and repair non-functioning machinery and/or equipment
