PBX Operator Supervisor

Job Summary

L'Auberge de Sedona is a Forbes 4 Star resort located on the banks of Oak Creek in the majestic red rock country of Sedona, AZ.

The PBX Operator Supervisor is responsible to supervise all Associates charged with switchboard operations such as answering and transferring inbound telephone calls. Supervisors conduct training, participate in hiring and performance related matters.

• Typically requires a high school diploma.
• Prior PBX Operator experience required.
• Knowledge of the field's policies procedures and practices.
• Leads and directs the work of other Associates.
• Clerical skills. 
• Computer skills.

• Oral and written communication skills. 
• Organizational skills.

Job Responsibilities

• Maintains the organization's telephone directory. 
• Creates and updates records of toll charges on long-distance calls. 
• Verifies charges on monthly telephone bills. 
• Ensures that incoming phone calls are patched through to the appropriate employees or departments in a timely manner. 
• Accurately reports callers' contact information. 
• Oversees clerical activities taking corrective action when necessary.
