Responsibilities: Bartenders are responsible for consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences to all that come through our door. Duties include preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for all patrons, maximizing tasting bar and overall beverage sales by educating guests on beverage offerings, assess and anticipate guest needs, and make recommendations

Requirements:

  • 1 month -1 year prior bartending experience in a hotel establishment or similar environment is ideal but willing to train the food service professional looking to grow their career in the hospitality industry
  • 21+ years old to serve alcohol
  • Intimate knowledge of - and experience with - various spirits, classic cocktails, beer, & wine 
  • TIPS/ServSafe Alcohol Certification is a plus
  • Knowledge of retail math for handling cash transactions
  • Familiarity with basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating drink prices
  • Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food-handling procedures
  • Excellent English communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak fluently
