Bridge Hotel Group currently seeks one skilled candidate for the position of Training and Team/Culture. Be part of this amazing TEAM and develop our supervisors and managers into great leaders, while working very closely with the hotel teams at all levels. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Train Managers and Supervisors in Employee Relations and Leadership topics.
  • Manage the coordination of training sessions and activities, including program scheduling, training spaces, implementation, facilitation, program-related materials (visuals, handouts, lesson plans, etc.), and evaluation.
  • Coordinate annual re-training of all managers and supervisors in the NYC portfolio.
  • Directly facilitate open TEAM communications by visiting properties to discover and assist in the resolution of issues.
  • Ensures that the "Open Door Policy" is operative at all levels.

Position Requirements:

  • Candidates with backgrounds as Executive Housekeeper encouraged to apply
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office, ADP, and (HRIS) software a plus
  • Bilingual Spanish is required
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (written, oral and presentation skills)
  • Ability to pro-actively plan, schedule and execute multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Ability to make people connections at all levels, monitor the effectiveness of training, and employee relations.

Compensation:

The anticipated compensation range for the position for applicants working in NYC is $85k annually. The annual salary offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
