Here is what you will be doing each day:
In this role, you will serve beverages and/or food to the guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner, resulting in guest satisfaction. Also, to prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests, and act as cashier for the bar. You will maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar, which includes requisitioning and stocking of all beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws and stirrers, condiments and produce based on projections from the daily functions sheet. You will be responsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality. Greeting guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promotes and documents orders for drinks. Mixing, garnishing, and presenting drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control. Handling of all cash and credit card transactions using the point of sale to create a check for each guest to maintain accountability of all beverages served.
Does this sound like you?
You have at least 6 months of experience as a Bartender and have your food handler and TABC certification. You have a passion for our industry, and you take pride in providing our guests with superior customer service and memorable experiences. You are looking for some flexibility in a job, so working a variety of different shifts, including days, evenings and weekends works for your personal life.
