Supervises shift operation of the Cache Club.
Supervise a total of 25-30 employees in the Cache Club. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and TGA guidelines. Responsibilities include training; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving disputes.

Two years’ experience in a Players Club department or in a high volume customer service position. Strong computer skills with the ability to utilize Microsoft Office applications, and the ability to learn and use company developed computer programs. Strong customer service and teamwork skills necessary to deliver superior casino resort service to a diverse customer base. Display strong leadership qualities and the ability to serve both internal and external customers. Ability to coach, mentor, and support employees, while enforcing company policies.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, and both governmental and TGA regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
