Skills Engineer Maintenance
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance-Engineer to join our team at Wyndham Fort Smith. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment and facilities within the hotel. This includes performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing equipment, and coordinating with outside contractors as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance on all equipment and facilities within the hotel
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed
- Coordinate with outside contractors for repairs and maintenance
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs performed
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
