Delivering food to guests demonstrating skill and finesse.
Responsibilities for the Server Assistant include:
- Assists servers with clearing tables in a Five Star manner.
- Provides water and coffee service throughout the meal.
- Provides bread and butter service.
- Maintains dining room stations before, during, and after service. This includes polishing silverware, glassware, folding linen napkins and maintaining a clean station.
- Resets tables to a Five Star standard.
- Takes necessary precautions to avoid breakage of glassware and dinnerware.
- Assists the Servers throughout the shift and seeks to learn all the materials provided to our wait staff in order to obtain the level of mastery in all aspects of the role.
- Places the needs of the guest above all else and ensures a Five Star dining experience.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months to one year of food service or restaurant experience
- Demonstrated excellent public contact skills
- We are hiring for all shifts including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Ability to: (1) interact effectively with guests, employees and supervisors; (2) maintain standards listed below
- Physical requirements include, but are not limited to: (1) lifting and carrying up to 35 pounds; (2) working while standing for long periods of time
