We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dishwasher to support our kitchen team. As a Dishwasher, you will ensure the cleanliness of dishware, glassware, and cooking utensils, contributing to a safe and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate dishwashing machinery to clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and cookware.
  • Ensure that all cleaned items are properly stored in designated areas.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area and back-of-house environment.
  • Assist kitchen staff with maintaining cleanliness standards and following safety protocols.
  • Dispose of waste, clean garbage cans, and follow recycling procedures.
  • Support the kitchen team with basic tasks as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Team-oriented and able to take direction.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
