Salary: £36,324 plus service charge based on a 39 hour week

This role is for Main kitchen and Room service.

What will I be doing as a Banqueting Chef de Partie?

Work the banqueting kitchen Be part of the kitchen brigade ensuring a well-organised and motivated team Ensure consistency in quality of dishes at all times Prepare and present high quality food

What are we looking for?

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Demi Chef de Partie Approaches food in a creative way Positive attitude Good communication skills Excellent planning and organising skills Ability to work a variety of shifts including weekends, days, afternoons and evenings
