Compensation: $65,000k- $70,000k, Télécommande Hybride, Temps plein, Hybrid Role – 3 days a week at the Manhattan-based office 9 am - 5 pm

The Role You'll Play:

As our Social Media Specialist, you will be the driving force in boosting the online presence of our diverse range of hotel brands. Your creativity, analytical skills, and passion for storytelling will help you create engaging and effective content that resonates with our audience.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and curate content for multiple hotel social accounts throughout our portfolio, ensuring brand alignment and consistency.
  • Engage daily with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly.
  • Collaborate with our Senior Social Media Manager in planning and executing strategic social media campaigns.
  • Create and manage paid social campaigns tailored to meet specific goals and KPIs.
  • Implement enticing social initiatives such as competitions and other engagement strategies.
  • Participate in expanding our Influencer Marketing program.
  • Coordinate monthly with hotel teams to align both paid and organic social content strategies.
  • Travel to our hotel properties to capture and curate content for our platforms.
  • Analyze social media performance and use these insights to optimize future content and campaigns.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
  • 2-4 years of experience in a similar social media marketing or related role.
  • A portfolio demonstrating your social media prowess and marketing projects.
  • Proficiency in major social media platforms, particularly Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Strong working knowledge of Meta Business Suite & Ads Manager.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics tools and social management platforms.
  • An ability to multitask, managing multiple accounts and creating content for various brands simultaneously.
  • A creative mindset paired with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Experience managing multiple accounts.
  • Knowledge in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Graphic design experience, especially with Photoshop.
