The Hilton corporate internship program offers undergraduate and graduate students the opportunity to gain real-world professional experience in a global company. The program is intended to develop the business leaders of tomorrow. Interns will gain exposure to senior leadership, work on meaningful projects, participate in learning and development opportunities and join in networking and social events with other Team Members and fellow interns.
The internship will be in person for a period of around 3 months. The internship will begin mid/end of September and conclude at the end of the year. Interns will work full-time or part-time hours during the internship program.

WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
Currently enrolled as a full-time college student pursuing a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in Hospitality, Human Resources or a related field during the summer of 2024.
It would be useful if you have:
- Internship or work experience in the hospitality industry
- Experience with data analysis or using data to make decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including PowerPoint and Excel functions
- Bilingual and able to fluently speak, read, and write in English and Spanish.
