Description

The Engineering Administrative Assistant is responsible for responding providing administrative and clerical support to department manager(s) in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability.

What will I be doing?

As an Engineering Administrative Assistant, you would be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to department managers in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:  

• Place orders and submit requisitions through Smart Spend.
• Ensure that requisitions and invoices are accurately coded to the General Ledger and Expense accounts.
•  Maintain contact with vendors to guarantee correct coding and processing of all invoices.
• Monitor the Checkbook.
• Collaborate with management staff to implement daily and yearly maintenance plans.
• Supervise inventory management.
• Provide a wide variety of administrative assistance to managers, particularly in the areas of managing work orders via Synergy, is crucial.
