Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Banquet Server to join our team on an on-call basis. The Banquet Server will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests during events and banquets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications
• Greet guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout the event
• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
• Assist with event planning and coordination as needed
• Ensure compliance with all food and beverage regulations and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as a Banquet Server or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Flexibility to work on an on-call basis, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and safety standards
