Principal Duties & Responsibilities
- Creates wagering tickets and cashes tickets for guests.
Collects appropriate amount of money from the guest for wagers and makes the correct change.
Verifies and balances drawer funds at beginning and end of shift. Safeguardsfunds.
- Maintains assigned window in a neat, organized, and professional manner.
- Maintains knowledge of property information, including marketing promotions.
- Provides superior guest service to all guests.
Removes, records, and turns in amount of cash in register at end of shift, with necessary paperwork.
Other Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities Required
- High School diploma general education (GED).
- Previous money handling and guest service experiences preferred.
Must know and comply with requirements of Title 31 Bank Secrecy Act as pertains to Credit/Cage transactions.
Data entry skills preferred.
- A Colorado Division of Gaming Support license is required for this position.
Must have basic mathematical skills. Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to exercise initiative and a sense of urgency.
Exceptionally self-motivated and directed.
Must have an outgoing personality and enjoy dealing with people.

- Able to work all shifts to include weekends and holidays also work 6-day work weeks when required.

Bally’s Black Hawk North Casino is owned and operated by Bally's Corporation. Its 18,000 sq ft gaming space is spread over three floors.
The casino floor offers over 400 slot machines including new themes, classic reel slot and video poker. Table players enjoy live-action on 8 table games featuring Blackjack, Craps, and Roulette. There is also a High Limit area on the 2nd floor of the casino.
